Northrop Grumman Enterprise Corporate Global Supply Chain is seeking a Principal International Trade Compliance (ITC) Import Analyst to join our team.
This position will report to the Manager of Global Import Management at the corporate office within Enterprise Global Supply Chain.
This position is preferred to be located in Falls Church, VA, but open to hybrid and fully remote schedules. The selected candidate must be located near an existing Northrop Grumman facility.
Teleworking arrangements are subject to change based on business needs.
The Principal International Trade Compliance Import Analyst supports the development of the company’s global supply chain organization with import compliance, policies, procedures, training, assessments, and import transactions to ensure compliance with import and export laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include :
Perform data analytics and review trade data to identify areas of risk and provide recommendations.
Assist in maintaining and driving process improvement of the company's Customs compliance policies.
Support compliance with expertise related to HTS classification, Customs valuation, and other import regulations.
Maintain corporate import bonds and related filings.
Assist with drafting responses to official CBP inquiries.
Manage contracted Customs Brokers and participate in quarterly reviews.
Support CTPAT training and documentation.
Maintain applicable trade compliance records.
Develop and deliver import compliance training and presentations.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree plus 3 years relevant experience.
Working knowledge of 19 CFR Customs Duties regulations and CTPAT program.
Must have a US Customs Brokers License.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret level security clearance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with OCR's EASE software, SAP GTS, and ACE.
Familiarity with ITAR and EAR regulations.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
Comfortable developing and delivering training.
Able to lead enterprise-wide working groups.
Salary Range : $80,600 - $121,000
