Starting no less than $16.70 / hr
Review all incoming orders for necessary and qualifying documents
o Demographics
o Insurance
o Testing (where applicable)
o Supporting documents
- Verify insurance coverage and previous DME history
- Secure Method of Payment per MSC protocol
- Contact appropriate parties to obtain any missing documentation
- Accurate input of patient information and orders into system
- Generate and review medical necessity forms to ensure compliance and enter for billing purposes
- Schedule deliveries
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Education : Graduate of an accredited high school.
Experience / Knowledge / Skills / Physical Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible customer service experience.
- Customer oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Pleasant personality with excellent phone and interpersonal and organizational skills (a team player)
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks
- Self Starter
- Works well independently
