Job Overview :
Family Time Vacation Rentals is expanding its management team in the Southern Utah market. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and dynamic Assistant Area Manager to join our team.
This role is essential to support the growth and management of our vacation rental properties, ensuring that each property meets the highest standards of quality and service for our guests and homeowners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of vacation rental properties in the Southern Utah region primarily Brian Head and Duck Creek.
- Ensure that properties are maintained, cleaned, and prepared to meet company standards and guest expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess property conditions and identify maintenance or repair needs.
- Maintain and manage inventory of property supplies and ensure availability for guest needs.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and corporate team to implement company policies, procedures, and growth strategies in the region.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, homeowners, and team members.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
- Familiarity with the local area and market is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate business needs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
