We are seeking a talented and motivated individual for the Beverage Manager position at a well-known Fine Dining Restaurant in Chesterfield, MO .
This location offers a warm, hospitable, and inviting blend of upscale cuisine, nicely curated wine lists, and seasonal menus.
The Beverage Manager will be responsible for all beverage services throughout the restaurant, banquet / catering events, as well as private dining parties.
Compensation : $65,000 - $80,000 (Commensurate with experience) + quarterly bonuses, Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, and Employee Discounts
Requirements :
- 3+ years of Beverage / Bar Management experience in an upscale setting
- Wine and Spirit Knowledge
- Experience creating seasonal wine lists and pairing menus
- Must be highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Prior experience managing a team in a culture-first environment
Responsibilities :
- Monthly inventory of all alcoholic, non-alcoholic, bar stock and consumables
- Hire, Train, and Mentor all Bar personnel
- Develop and implement a Bar Training Program
- Assist with special events and private party functions
- Assist in preparing the annual budget to include forecasting
