We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting them with their vehicle service needs.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the dealership / service center
- Listen to customer concerns and needs, and provide appropriate recommendations for vehicle service and maintenance
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm appointments
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing any concerns
- Provide accurate estimates for service costs and time required for repairs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history
- Work closely with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Upsell additional services and products as appropriate
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus
