DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Proven track record with experience managing at least one residential project from the ground up in South Florida, ideally luxury residential.
- A solid foundation in structural design is essential, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, luxury finishes.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field.
- You are results-driven with excellent communication skills from the field to the boardroom, along with good project team mentor and leadership skills.
- You get things done with a keen eye to ensure projects are on budget, reach key milestones and deliverables, follow project timeline and minimize risks, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- May oversee projects extending to Miami, with weekly visits needed for key stakeholder meetings.
- Experience with Procore and Vista Viewpoint software a plus.

COMPENSATION
- Competitive compensation package, with a base salary of up to $130,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
