About the Company : Our client, a nationally recognized construction company, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Construction Project Manager.

This role will support the project management team in overseeing remodels and rollouts across the country for retail and industrial spaces.

5+ years of experience in construction project coordination

strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Source and manage vendors / subcontractors

Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure successful execution of remodels and rollouts

Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, from planning to closure (no travel required)

Provide high-level project and administrative support to the project management team

Schedule projects, track budgets, prepare invoices, and manage vendor relations

Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status and address any arising issues

Ensure accurate documentation of project tasks, resources, and budgets

Plan, schedule, and manage field service technicians

Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met

Maintain and organize all necessary project documentation
