Description
We are seeking an Event Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our event marketing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Key Responsibilities : Assist in planning and executing marketing events.Coordinate logistics and manage event setup and breakdown.
Support the marketing team with promotional activities.Engage with customers and attendees to promote our services.Gather and analyze feedback from events to improve future campaigns.
Maintain detailed records of event activities and outcomes.Ideal Candidate Must Possess : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Enthusiasm for event planning and marketing.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.Previous experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
