Enrollment Specialist II

The Enrollment Specialist II inputs and performs QA on all standard and service fee model merchant applications to assure the accuracy of the merchant information input into the system.

This role also includes a clear understanding of the on-boarding of more complex merchant profiles including but not limited to convenience / service fee, and payment models.

We are looking for an Enrollment Specialist II who will :

• You will report to the Supervisor Risk Management of Enrollment.
• Input and check merchant applications on-boarded to Forte’s system and Vantiv’s system
• On-board merchants with absorbed, convenience / service fees correctly, having a clear understanding of the different fee models.
• Assists merchants and ISOs in the resolution of enrollment issues.
• Perform QA on all merchant applications enrolled.
• Acknowledge, resolve and close assigned trouble tickets.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates with :

• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in English in a business environment.
• 2-4 years of experience in data entry

• Ability to use a personal computer. Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Ability to communicate with internal and external customers in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to communicate effectively under pressure
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to research issues in a timely and appropriate manner

Position Pay Range :

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$18.49-$29.60

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
