The Assistant Program Director ensures quality care and oversees the shelter's Clinical and Social Services functions according to DHS regulatory and accreditation requirements.

This individual is responsible for the oversight and implementation of care and resources for the purpose of meeting the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients.

The Assistant Program Director provides supervision to the Intake Services and Case Management Teams and works with the Program Director to develop, implement, track, report, and evaluate measurable outcomes.

The salary for the Assistant Program Director position is $60,000 - $65,000 / annually based on relevant experience. RESPONSIBILITIES : Assist the Program Director with the administration of the , as appropriate, to Intake and Case Management team , and change of condition and review and update care , gain support, and troubleshoot issues / () events, and monitoring events to the Program (both internal and external) to ensure appropriate service delivery for , substance abuse treatment, mental health, and , by ensuring meticulous documentation of all activities in the ' housing placements, medical compliance, and Individual Service ().

Conduct and document one-on-one supervision of direct reporting staff to assess and improve work. performance (, professional development, etc.

Develop and implement crisis prevention / or intervention strategies to ensure a safe and secure 's monthly reports to the Program Director for review in a timely , and make decisions in accordance with program policies, procedures, and , sign, and submit timesheets for all direct REQUIREMENTS : Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field, required (Master's Degree in Social Work or related field, preferred)Five (5+) years of experience with homeless population or special needs population (mental illness, substance abuse, HIV, ect.
