JOB TITLE : Benefits User Specialist JOB SUMMARY : This Benefits User Specialist within the Client Software team is responsible for guiding brokers and clients through key moments of their customer journey, and shares expertise to help all our users become Employee Navigator experts.
You'll be directly responsible for the experience of hundreds of customers on Employee Navigator. Employee Navigator is a rapidly growing insurance & HR technology company that works with the nation's leading insurance carriers, payroll companies & insurance brokers.
The products are designed to make it easier for customers to manage the complexity of employee benefits & HR including benefits administration, onboarding & much more.
Hours : Monday-Thursday in office, Fridays are remote Pay : $60,000 to $80,000 DOE, Depends on experience with benefits administration, insurance, or payrollLocation : Scottsdale, AZ 85258 Type : Direct Hire Start date : As soon as possible Benefits : Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance.

DUTIESHere's what you'll do day-to-day : -Become an expert within all facets of the Employee Navigator platform through departmental and independent hands-on training-Provide the first line of support for our customer base via email, phone -Assist clients with case builds including benefits enrollment, carrier and payroll integrations and employee onboarding-Collaborate with teammates on process improvements and strategies to make the most out of the Employee Navigator software-Learn something new every day and challenge yourself with complex problem-solving-Conduct webinar training sessions-Document and escalate trends and feedback which will drive product improvements REQUIREMENTS-Demonstrate high proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
This position requires someone who is tech savvy, detail oriented and accurate-Possess innate customer service and client facing skills including the ability to be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious-Expertly address challenging questions while providing answers that are quick and easy to understand-Be a motivated problem solver who can accurately document and communicate issues-Consistently seek to improve their own knowledge, the customer's knowledge, and the product itself-Have experience supporting as an account manager or in a customer service role-Light travel could be required through the year.
