Summary
Our company is looking for a passionate and experienced National Account Executive to join our Business Development team! In this new role, the National Account Executive will partner with our Director of Sales and team of National Account Executives by managing sales processes for key national client accounts and building long-lasting client relationships.
The National Account Executive will be responsible for communication between both external clients and internal teams. This role will focus on enhancing the customer service experience while supporting the cross-selling of existing and new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should also be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with potential new clients
- Solicit potential clients for lead opportunities
- Attend industry events to develop network and client base
- Follow through with lead opportunities
- Research potential accounts within targeted markets and pursue leads
- Collaborate on successful agreements or arrangements with clients
- Understand target markets and collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure requirements and protocols are met
- Attend business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products and services while addressing or predicting clients’ current and future objectives
- Meet sales quotas
- Update reports routinely
- Achieve or exceed sales metrics
- Respond in a timely manner to all clients, colleagues, and customers’ needs
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a similar field preferred
- 3+ years in Business Development required
- Presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Salesforce, and Outlook
- Sound and proven business acumen
- Exceptional communication and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Personal effectiveness / credibility

- Willingness to dive into the details and drive projects to completion
