Volante Senior Living is seeking a high level, marketing professional to support sales initiatives of company. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, a self-starter, and thrives in a competitive environment.
This is a key leadership position in a growing, dynamic, innovative, and fast-paced company, reporting to the CEO. This position is responsible for all digital and traditional marketing (including content), including all lead-generating activities for more than 20 senior living communities across multiple states.
This position also includes responsibility for brand management. Partnership with multiple stake holders is a must.
What you'll be doing :
- Plan all marketing efforts and execute onboarding for new communities, as the company continues to grow
- Manage overall advertising efforts to maximize lead volumes across all communities in portfolio, using both digital and traditional media channels.
Develop innovative marketing programs to drive results
- Manage all internal and external communications, including press releases and crisis communications as needed
- Develop and manage Marketing budget for both corporate and field needs
- Partner with third-party lead generators, design firms, etc. to fulfill all marketing needs of the company
- Build, lead and mentor the Marketing team to achieve lead generation goals
What you'll bring to the table :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years Marketing experience in senior living or related field
