Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning,implementation, and evaluation of patient treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient progress and communicate any changes tothe healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and diseaseprevention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to providecomprehensive care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Qualifications :
- Active MA RN license
- Fully vaccinated for Covid
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
