As the CFO for two lines of business within the HSS GBE portfolio, you will oversee the financial operations of these businesses, ensuring profitability and growth.

With an annual revenue of $0.5 billion and market verticals spanning aerospace, defense, transportation, industrial, and semiconductor, you will have the opportunity to optimize financial performance across multiple locations.

Sales are conducted through a distribution channel as well as direct sales to large government defense, aerospace, and automotive OEM customers.

Partnering with a global Vice President General Manager (VPGM), you drive the diverse organization of Sales, Offering Management, Operations, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Collections.

Collaborating closely with the VPGM, you will develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives and growth. Your role will involve leading and managing teams across multiple functions, ensuring alignment and collaboration to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the financial operations of two lines of business within the HSS GBE portfolio
• Drive profitability and growth through effective financial management
• Manage deal financials, pricing, and margins to maintain a competitive position
• Serve as the finance leader for new product introduction (NPI)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial success for new product launches
• Run the organization of Sales, Offering Management, Operations, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Collections in partnership with the VPGM

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis and planning
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
