We are seeking a midlevel real estate associate to join our dynamic Raleigh office. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience advising clients on purchases, sales and financing of real estate assets, including real estate due diligence, as well as leasing transactions.
Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice is strongly preferred. Home builder experience is also preferred.
Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.

Base Compensation$200,000 - $235,000 / year
The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
