Engagement Description :

ADVANCE HIRE TEAM LEADPROGRAM

Responsible for planning coordinating andsupervising all administrative operative and employee functionswithin assigned area(s) to ensure an efficient and costeffectivearea in accordance with departmental and corporate standards andobjectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may beassigned.

Supervise coordinate direct andmonitor staff activities to ensure prompt courteous and accurateresponse to customers; ensure an efficient and qualitativeoperation through effective planning leading controlling andorganizing.

Prioritize and assignwork to employees and initiate corrective measures to resolveproblems including scheduling or adjusting overtime requirements asnecessary.

Select train developappraise and counsel support staff personnel.

Interface with diverse levels of internal andexternal personnel to develop and maintain effective rapport and toresolve issues and inquiries.

Monitorand analyse proficiency and quality efforts subordinate personnel.

Administer and adhere to Corporateand Departmental policies practices and procedures including unioncontract administration.

Recommendand implement new or improved systems which will enhance orexpedite work.

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelors Degree in related field preferred.

A minimum of 60 college credits isrequired.

Three (3) yearscustomer service experience

Two (2)years experience in a leadership role required.
