The Advertising Operations Team is seeking an Advertising Operations Specialist to join the team. Reporting to the Advertising Operations Director, the Ad Ops Specialist is an important member of the team responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the sales, finance, and traffic departments.
This includes troubleshooting WideOrbit system issues, providing helpdesk support, entering codes into the system, and providing regional training.
The Advertising Operations Specialist will also work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that all traffic needs are met.
This position is remote-friendly.
The Game Plan : What you will do)
What you will do)
- Assist with system requests from the Traffic, Finance, and Sales departments.
- Enter and maintain various codes in the system such as sales codes and program titles.
- Create and edit new accounts, as necessary. Review and maintain security groups.
- Provide system training upon request.
- Implement traffic procedures and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve traffic issues including issues with WideOrbit.
- Generate and transmit electronic invoices to 3rd party vendors.
- Support the invoicing process.
- Provide ad-hoc support for representative firms and other partners with systems and processes.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in broadcast traffic
- Strong understanding of broadcast traffic procedures and regulations
- Experience with WideOrbit system for traffic, media sales and programming.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree (desired)
The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly compensation range for this role is $28.
85 / hr. to $33.65 / hr. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
