Deloitte Consulting, US Delivery Center, Solution Analyst (Business Technology)

Work you’ll do

As a Solution Analyst, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through project implementation and application knowledge.

The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below.

Knowledge Areas- Business Technology

• Drive Cloud technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, and user acceptance testing to capture integration requirements and curate analysis workshops to formulate detailed specifications for the development teams
• Perform assessments of existing information systems, and identify gaps between business requirements and / or current process / system capabilities to conduct key stakeholder training on new system configurations and end user training
• Develop solutions to client problems through application of various Enterprise resource planning (ERP) methods and tools;

validate solutions to subject matter experts

• Define, build, and implement enhancements to processes and structure utilizing strong skills in problem solving, and attention to detail
• Develop and maintain customized integrated solutions to connect systems, databases, and applications to support the draft of technical design documentation
• Leverage data and database knowledge to transform historical data into new solutions

Our US Delivery Center team is comprised of deeply passionate and experienced professionals who guide clients through their most complex challenges.

We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2024 in these or related areas of study
• Engineering / STEM, Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics)
• Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
• All USDC Practitioners will be expected to co-locate up to 30% of their time. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client / project travel
• Must live in a commutable distance to the following location : Madison, WI
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role

Confidence in technology-driven tasks, problem solving, awareness of cutting-edge solutions, operational / process design awareness, executive presence, strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and easily communicate findings
