- $55,000- $60,000 per year (Based upon experience)

Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Optimize Scheduling : Develop and manage course schedules to maximize student opportunities and address scheduling challenges.
- Support Success : Provide expert academic advising and support for student retention, ensuring all students meet their goals.
- Streamline Processes : Monitor scheduling and academic processes, resolve discrepancies, and manage essential student records and reports.
- Enhance Learning : Assist with online learning activities and provide key support for employment services, including career counseling and job placements.
- Lead and Train : Support the onboarding and training of new campus staff and ensure all student files and documentation are accurately managed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Education : High school diploma or GED required; experience in education is a plus
- Experience : 2-3 years in a similar field preferred but not required
- Skills : Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities
- Technical Know-How : Proficient in Word and Excel, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attitude : Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
