We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Commercial Construction industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating with architects, engineers, construction personnel, and clients to deliver high-quality construction projects.

This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on project management, construction management, and scheduling.

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordination, execution, control, and completion of projects within the stipulated time frame and budget.

2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists, providing effective leadership and fostering a positive team environment.

3. Develop comprehensive project schedules and timelines, ensuring all project components are delivered on time.

4. Manage the budget and ensure resources are allocated appropriately, taking corrective actions as necessary to keep the project on track.

5. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and create contingency plans.

6. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety standards and regulations.

7. Prepare and present project reports, updates and key metrics to stakeholders.

8. Resolve any issues or problems that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline and budget.

9. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, developments, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree or field experience.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

3. Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies and procedures.

4. Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.

5. Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.

6. Expertise in project scheduling and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

7. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

9. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.

10. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

11. Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and building codes is a plus.
