About Our Client
My client is a family owned developer and property management company with over 1,250 units under management. They have secured the financing for over 900 units, and they are looking to break ground on 2 major ground up multi-family projects starting in March of 2025.

- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance business operations through evolutionary changes in methods and processes, taking the lead in implementing these improvements.
