LICENSED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is currently accepting resumes for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional in our Guymon office to provide professional behavioral health services! Services include : assessments and psychotherapy along with supporting recovery and wellness with a designated population.

The LBHP collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to address the physical and behavioral needs of individuals in services.

Performs duties primarily in an outpatient setting, may include minimal duties related to mental health crisis services.

Job Type / Salary : Announcement Period : 08 / 02 / 2024 - 09 / 15 / 2024 Full Time - In-Person and Remote Weekdays Annual Salary : $65,000 - $70,000 (Salary range based on experience, tenure and certification) Licensure Candidate - Under Supervision $65,000 - $31.

  • 25 Hourly Licensed Behavioral Health Professional $70,000 - $33.65 Hourly 5% Longevity Incentive at 1 Year and 3 Year DMHSAS service! Total Compensation up to $100,000+ includes base salary, retirement and state paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections! (based on the number of covered dependents - includes longevity payments) FLSA Status : Exempt One (1) Vacancy Minimum Qualifications and Experience : LBHP - Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field;
  • and must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards : Psychology;

Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC / MH) LCBHP - Completion of curriculum requirements for a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field;
  • and must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board's supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards : Psychology;

Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

Must possess a US driver’s license to perform job related travel if necessary. Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs.

(if Required) Applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting / carrying 50 pounds and be able to pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.

THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY.
