Job Description
- Establish and implement quality standards and procedures for the company.
- Develop and manage quality procedures, processes, and electronic Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Conduct inspections, handle non-conformance requests, and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to improve quality outcomes.
- Communicate effectively using industry-specific terminology.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, with the potential for future certification.
- Apply Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to optimize processes and enhance quality.

The Successful Applicant
- Prior management experience
- Experience with writing SOPs
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001
- Experience with lean manufacturing
- Expert in creating and maintaining QMS
- Ability to work autonomously
