Job Description
- GD&T, blueprint reading
- Communicate with suppliers and customers on orders
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations
- Conduct product inspections, tests, and audits to identify and resolve quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design, manufacturing processes, and supplier quality
- Analyze customer feedback and warranty claims to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test procedures, and quality manuals
- Train and mentor production staff in quality control procedures and standards

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years in a Quality Engineering role
- Strong knowledge of developing quality control procedures and standards
- Experience with product inspection, testing, and auditing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
