Customer Training Specialist

Thanks to our Training Specialists, users can fully explore all Avature's features through a variety of sessions and instructional videos.

Your challenges and objectives :

• Provide training sessions to new and existing customers on Avature's solutions, features, functionality, and their specific setup.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to tailor training content effectively.
• Deliver demos and workshops based on real use cases and business scenarios.
• Support Avature employees by delivering training as part of their onboarding process.
• Continuously refine training materials to align with evolving customer requirements and feedback.

Your day-to-day activities :

• Arrange and deliver solutions training, user training, admin training, custom webinars and, workshops.
• Arrange and conduct virtual or on-site training sessions.
• Create visual aids, and other instructional resources.
• Provide training sessions for new employees.
• Manage, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, implementing improvements as needed.
• Track and report data on completed courses, no-shows and reported issues.
• Update internal and external training portals in alignment with our corporate strategy.
• Schedule training sessions and monitor engagement during sessions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.

About you :

• Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent level of resourcefulness.
• Experience in MS Office (especially Powerpoint) is valued.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Be willing and eligible to be sponsored for US government security clearance.
