Job description
Orders, Warehouse & Logistics
- Entering wholesale orders and checking accuracy of orders in the system
- Ensuring stock commitments are properly processed and orders are fully committed
- Order management including, on-time deliveries, oversold products and trouble orders
- Processing EDI orders
- Working closely with our warehouse to ensure that all orders are being processed, fulfilled and dispatched correctly
- Assisting with client management; answering inbound calls, processing credits and returns
- Communicating special customer requirements to the warehouse by creating customer specific one-page guides.
- International order management including all documentation and liaising with necessary parties
- Liaise with sales team to ensure orders are ready to process as per customer expectations
Support for Account Managers
- Support account managers as needed and as time permits
- Entering major account order splits and preparing orders for processing by the warehouse
Special Projects
- Assisting with reporting on timely e-commerce order fulfilment
- Assisting with inventory management and accuracy
- Reviewing, logging, and booking inbound freight invoices
- Miscellaneous projects as required by the business
