JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage receiving documents. This is to include maintaining parts into JDE and scanning / uploading documents into OnBase" to "Manage receiving documents.

This is to include maintaining orders into JDE and scanning / uploading documents into OnBase.

• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are arriving in a timely manner and as quoted from our freight forwarders.
• Purchasing supplies for the distribution center.
• Global communication with Operation Support Teams
• Maintain the cleanliness of the department.
• Comply with QHSE policies and procedures.

Fulfill other tasks as described by Supervisor.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• High School education or equivalent.
• 1 plus years previous experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and with a group
• General Problem-Solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Proficient in Windows including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Able to perform problem solving with shipment discrepancies.
• Maintain a well organize workstation.
• Work in a Team environment.
• JDEdwards or similar ERP experience is a plus but not required.
• Customer Service Skills - including communication, responsiveness, and ability to follow special instruction.
