- Individual pay will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, internal equity, and other relevant factors.

A day in the life
The Associate Compliance Analyst is responsible for coordinating and administrating organization compliance activities to meet the organization's legal and regulatory compliance obligations .
This role collaborates with several parties to gather information and resolve assessments, investigations, and acts as a liaison between external / internal entities.
Your responsibilities will include
Investigates and resolves reports that violate a compliance policy, procedure, practice or contractual agreement within the organization.
Follows up with appropriate individuals or areas to gather additional information about potential regulatory, compliance, or security concerns.
- Collaborates to assist in developing corrective action plans and mitigation efforts.
- Leads in the creation and maintenance of compliance assessments, training modules, code of conduct, and educational courses for the organization.
- Facilitates training sessions for department leaders involving enhancements and policy or procedure updates to avoid future compliance violations.
- Monitors, reviews, and assesses new and existing regulations to understand the effects to the organization.
- Maintains detailed files containing research and forms of correspondence for all compliance assessments and investigations.
- Collaborates with outside auditing vendors by assisting in the audit processes through the preparation and distribution of requested information.
Documents and archives all organizational information disclosed to external auditors.
Monitors and analyzes organizational compliance practices as it adheres with legal, legislative, or contractual requirements.
Researches regulations and best practices, then provides recommendations on ways to improve the Compliance and Ethics Program and / or other business processes.
Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
What you need to succeed
- 1 year of h ealthcare, auditing, business, law, policy enforcement, investigation, compliance or related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, Auditing, Law Enforcement or related field.
- Have an analytical and task / goal orientated mindset when working on tasks and projects.
- Be a collaborator with various parts of the business.
- Pays attention to the details of the work with a good level of accuracy.
- Has basic decision-making skills.
Equivalent combination of education, experience or training determined to be acceptable by Human Resources may be substituted, unless regulated by contract or program standards
