We will count on you to :
- Guide a team topletion of specific projects. Be responsible for directing, motivating, and encouraging team members.
- Manage project team dynamics. Nurture collaboration amongst team members.
- Identify client needs, bring sufficient staff and resources to a project, and monitor overall project implementation.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, who is responsible for tracking and documenting day-to-day milestones.
- Drive action and decision-making.
- Take the lead / ownership and be accountable to proactively lead the team.
- Follow protocols for quality assurance.
- Develop innovative strategies to resolve project challenges and to manage client expectations effectively.
- Monitor project scope, budget, and timelines closely.
- Provide real time feedback to team members to support their growth and to maintain quality performance.
What you need to have :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, health policy, public policy, health management, public health or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in working with Medicaid in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and leadingplex, multidisciplinary projects and navigating challenging situations
Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oralmunication skills, as well as presenting information to clients / groups
- Critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

- Six Sigma credentials
- Subject matter expertise in aspects of Medicaid managed care (, policy, clinical, quality, pharmacy, operations, information systems)
- Experience working within a State Medicaid or other state agency responsible for managing public health care services
- Experience working within a Managed Care Organization
- Experience with CMS, either through employment or direct interaction (, waiver negotiation)
- Experience working with Medicaid actuaries

Marsh McLennan ismitted to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office.
All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.
Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $115,200 to $230,400.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
