THE JOB
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Affiliate Marketing Director for up to a 6 month long contract to develop and lead the launch of our influencer affiliate marketplace.
This role will focus on working with both internal and external parties to optimize programming appropriately and ultimately drive ticket & partner product sales through this unique format of influencer partnerships
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Technology Relationships : Liaise with our core technology partner to ensure proper attribution set up, asset dissemination, creator onboarding & payment
Influencer Recruitment & Communications : Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across various platforms who align with our tour and event target audiences.
Develop relationships that drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize influencer affiliate marketing campaigns. Use Captiv8’s SaaS tools to track campaign performance, measure influencer impact, and make data-driven adjustments.
Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, and revenue generated from influencer posts.
Leverage our core tech platform & internal reporting to generate actionable insights and continuously optimize and improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including tour marketing, legal, and product management, to ensure influencer affiliate campaigns are integrated with broader marketing strategies and brand messaging.
Compliance & Best Practices : Ensure all influencer marketing activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
Promote ethical practices and maintain the integrity of the Live Nation brand.
Budget Tracking : Monitor program budget, ensuring that expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Experience : Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing, with a focus on managing influencer partnerships and driving revenue growth.
Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, live entertainment industry, and digital marketing trends.
Skills : Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Technical Proficiency : Experience with influencer marketing platforms and SaaS technology, specifically Captiv8 and / or CreatorIQ.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, and social platform Business Manager platforms is also required.
