Data Analyst Renton

LHH is partnering with a reputable client in Renton, WA, to find a skilled and motivated Data Analyst for an ongoing contract position.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our client’s data management and analysis initiatives.

This role is 100% onsite.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support business decision-making.

Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.

Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure high data quality.

Utilize statistical techniques and tools to interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling data visualizations and reports.

Support the development and implementation of data management strategies and best practices.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (, SQL, Python, R, Excel).

Experience with data visualization tools (, Tableau, Power BI).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Advanced degree in a related field.

Experience in the specific industry, if relevant to the client .

Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
