Vice President, National Self-Storage Practice - Valuation

This role is responsible for the execution and delivery of valuation engagements. You will work to provide the highest quality appraisals and consulting solutions to our clients. You will work regionally as a part of our national self-storage practice to inspect and analyze self-storage assets locally and potentially regionally as an integral team member in producing thorough reports, meeting deadlines, and fostering client relationships. The Vice President will primarily work on an individual basis initially, but may add Analyst and / or Associate resources over time and could be considered as a regional lead within our national self-storage practice.

Salary range : $50,000 - $150,000. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role.
The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program, which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to, individual and organizational performance.
