EXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN'S ONLY!!!
Futronix Systems , a leader in low voltage audio / video and security integration, is seeking an experienced Security Installer / Technician to help serve our residential and commercial customers in the Ventura / Los Angeles Counties, CA market.
Our business is growing rapidly, and we have an immediate need for an experienced Technician. This position would cover from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara County.
We offer solid, stable employment and opportunity for growth within the company. We have been in business for 7 years and are paving the way in high-end Digital Living / Security integration systems.
Company Vehicle is provided so clean record is required!
Technician Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years experience in the low voltage / security industry.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Basic knowledge of network design and IP Communications.
- Working knowledge of system layout and commissioning of a new system.
- Ability to interact with designers, architects and other industry professionals.
- Ability to read construction drawings / blue prints.
- Excellent communication skills (all formats) which includes establishing positive relationships with customers.
- Professional appearance.
- Valid CA drivers license and a good driving record.
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds independently.
- Reliable transportation.
- Possess your own basic hand tools.
Security Technician :
- Knowledge of structured wiring of new and retrofit environments.
- Installation and Programming of Wired / Wireless Alarm Systems
- Knowledge of Relay principles
- Installation and programming of IP security camera systems
- Installation and programming of Card Access Systems
- Wired / Wireless Data Networks Installation, Configuration, Servicing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work under pressure
- Residential and Commercial experience
- Audio / Video Experience a PLUS! but not required. Systems Used :
