This company specializes in a diverse range of machinery includingminitrack loaders excavators skid steers track loaders tractors andused machinery.
They are renowned for their comprehensive servicedepartment that operates 24 / 7 catering to heavy construction andlight heavy machine needs.
As a TerritoryManager you will be responsible for selfgenerating prospects andclosing deals directly. This role demands a proactive approach tosales targeting a wide array of clients including generalcontractors builders civil or commercial contractors subcontractorsand municipalities.
Territory Manager JobResponsibilities
- Identify and targetpotential clients within PierceCounty.
- Generate own prospects through marketresearch and networking.
- Directly engage withgeneral contractors builders and other key industryplayers.
- Close sales deals for a variety ofconstruction machinery.
- Provide expertknowledge and advice on the companys productrange.
- Maintain and develop relationships withexisting and new clients.
- Work independently toachieve sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications
- Provenexperience in machinery sales specifically in the constructionsector.
- Strong understanding of theconstruction industry and its keyplayers.
- Ability to selfgenerate prospects andclose deals independently.
- Excellentcommunication and negotiationskills.
- Knowledgeable in construction equipmentincluding loaders excavators andtractors.
- Ability to build and maintain strongrelationships with a diverseclientele.
- Energetic selfmotivated andresultsdriven.
