Job Description

As a Sales Engineer at Aircraft Executives, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise and solutions.

You will work closely with the Sales Analyst and the President to ensure our clients receive the best possible service and advice.

Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing market data, assisting in aircraft valuation, and providing technical support during the sales process.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the Sales Analyst to interpret market data and trends to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Assist in aircraft valuation, providing technical insights and assessments to support accurate pricing strategies.
  • Work directly with the President to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to clients during the sales process, addressing any technical queries and concerns.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation and submission of sales proposals, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aircraft models, industry standards, and technological advancements.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, offering technical insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Assist in post-sale support, ensuring seamless transitions and addressing any technical issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales team, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Business, Finance, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the aviation industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems, models, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, aircraft databases, MS Office Suite).
  • MBA and / or experience in finance or private equity / hedge fund is highly desirable.
