Responsibilities :
- Process high volume commission payments and varying rates of 1099 pay
- Follow-up with vendors for missing paperwork or documents
- High volume year end 1099 record review and preperation
- General accounting journal entries and producing imports in Excel
- Implement processes and procedures to maintain organized 1099 pay records
- Field phone calls for 1099 subcontractor pay questions
Qualifications :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with 1099 payroll processing or financial data entry required
- Background in accounts payable preferred
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
