Job Title : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Overview :
We are actively seeking an experienced and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our diverse team in Normal, IL.
This full-time, hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the benefits of in-person client interactions.
The BCBA will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, providing supervision to RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support clients' progress.
Responsibilities :
Assessment and Analysis :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other standardized assessments to identify clients' needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data.
Program Development and Implementation :
- Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific behavioral needs and goals.
- Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Provide ongoing training and support to RBTs and other team members to ensure the consistent application of behavior strategies.
Supervision and Collaboration :
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and coordinate care.
Data Collection and Reporting :
- Oversee accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting to track clients' progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
Professional Development :
- Stay current with ABA research, methodologies, and best practices.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities to maintain BCBA certification.
- Contribute to the training and development of junior staff members.
Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA.
- Experience with a wide range of behavioral issues and familiarity with various assessment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Work Environment :
Hybrid Role : This position offers a combination of remote work and on-site in Normal, IL.
