ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst working onsite in Boston, MA to support our premier client’s Robotics Supply Chain team.
The ideal candidate will have strong math, logic, and problem-solving skills, with experience in SQL and Excel. This is an 11-month contract role that offers insight into our client’s global robotics operations.
Responsibilities :
- Managing Deployment Engineering orders for multiple projects at a time
- Executing Equipment Install Plan (EIP) vs Sales Order (SO) mismatches
- Partnering with procurement and logistics teams for site health readiness
- Communicating site health readiness to the customer
- Resolving and troubleshooting customer ticket issues
- Maintain / update internal documentation for internal training and reference
- Troubleshooting system deficiencies
- Driving operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs
- Maintain / update internal documentation for internal training and reference
- Contributing to process improvements, cost optimization and sustainability initiatives in collaboration with Robotics Supply Chain leadership
Required Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Transportation / Supply Chain / Operations discipline
- Strong Math, Logical, Problem-Solving skills
- Customer Communications Experience
- Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Analyst work background, or focus in higher education
- Conceptual understanding of ERP systems, and configuration management
