As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will support supply chain operations for an eCommerce Channel or Customer-Facing Commercial Team.

This position will drive digital operations process optimization and supply chain issue management. It requires the ability and willingness to recognize, recommend, and lead process improvement efforts across multiple disciplines.

Basic proficiency in the organization, our products, processes, and services is required. A highly motivated team player who consistently provides a superior customer experience is essential.

Additionally, the Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for tracking performance, evaluating risks and opportunities, and driving continual improvements in performance across the total customer supply chain team.

This role should provide insight and recommendations based on analytics, customer and consumer-driven data, and recognized best practices in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital operations process optimization and supply chain issue management.
  • Support Customers, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care teams in order entry, order management, and operational execution of orders
  • Create a positive experience for the Customer by consistently providing superior service.
  • Support order fulfillment activities between Logistics, Order Management, and Distribution Centers (DCs).
  • Manage escalated and unresolved issues in a cost-efficient and timely manner. This process requires effective decision-making, priority management, and teamwork within the supply chain.
  • Represent the team on cross-functional task forces or continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to address and support evolving business needs
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested by management.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a similar analytical degree preferred;

MBA or MPA degree optional.

  • 1-3 years of experience in deductive reasoning and statistical analysis in the consumer products goods industry.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with Order Management / ERP systems, databases, software systems, and Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfortable learning and working with a variety of technology tools (ERP systems, reporting, and ad-hoc data retrieval tools).
  • Moderate MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access), including the ability to utilize pivot tables, V-lookups, filters, and summarize data graphically;

PowerBI experience preferred.

  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to pivot quickly and adapt based on business needs.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to interact comfortably at all levels of the organization.
  • Requires basic knowledge of the organization, products, and / or services.
  • Experience with eCommerce Pure Play Retailers (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, Boxed, Fresh Direct) is optional.
