POSITION SUMMARY :
Under the direction of the Director of Materials Management, the Supply Chain Project Analyst is responsible for project support and the implementation of key objectives to drive enhancements to the health centers supply chain.
The role of Project Analyst will require an individual who can function independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver the desired outcomes of assigned projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supports Supply Chain Director daily
- Identifies opportunities within Supply Chain for increased efficiencies and cost savings.
- Assist with elimination of redundancy in practice.
- Communicate and engage all key stakeholders.
- Delivers projects on time and on budget by following PMI best practices.
- Ensures project documents are current, complete, shared and stored appropriately.
- Engages with supply chain leadership to manage key performance metrics.
- Effectively executes change management strategies to develop sustainable practices.
- Provide analytical review, synthesis and reporting of data.
- Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft Visio experience.
- Meditech knowledge is required.
- Ability to lead a project from inception to completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience interfacing with various levels of organizational leadership.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Knowledge of key project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and hospital operations.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSURE / TECHNICAL / OTHER :
- Education : Minimum of a Bachelors Degree
- Experience : 3-5 years of Project Analyst / Management or Business Analytics Experience in the healthcare space
- Certification / Licensure : CAPM or Other Project Management Certification Preferred
- Software / Hardware : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Meditech
