Apply now for theposition of Financial Analyst-Supply Chain. to support the upgrading of SCM controlling, providing financialsupport to our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) business, Procurement andDemand Planning teams, with significant focus on budget, forecast and actualresults reporting, coupled with excellent data analytics .

The successful candidate must possess the ability to support businesspartners proactively and successfully in understanding actual performance andfuture projections and can bring expertise to the role through previous dataanalytics experience .

This position is remote, but candidates must be located within travel distance of a Siemens Healthineers location. Travel to a Siemens Healthineers location will be required based on business need.

Your role : Monthly

Monthly

OEM : Preparation andconsolidation of monthly POC OEM financial results and forecast submissionsincluding P&L (including margin, spending, and variance analysis),productivity, inventory, CAPEX, scrap, and volume analysis.

Logistics : Providetransparency with logistics costs, including actuals and forecast, with aprimary focus on other cost of goods sold (scrap / reserves) and inventory at thefour primary Distribution Centers (American DC, American Instrument DC,European DC, European Instrument DC).

In addition, work with LaboratorySolutions Logistics team to gain full transparency on cost reporting andallocations for POC and highlight opportunities to reduce cost in logistics.

OEM : Preparation andinput of standard and ad hoc journal entries.

OEM : providemonthly / annual input for Jedox reporting system for OEM.

Procurement : Preparation of monthly CNI (Contribution to Net Income) reporting for Head ofProcurement and Commodity Managers.

Procurement : Preparation and submission of monthly actual and forecast data uploads toSCMCoRe for POC Headquarters Purchasing Volume / CNI.

Procurement : Workwith the team on productivity reporting, facilitate estimates for pipelineideas, review project calculations for accuracy, and update financial and statusinformation in reporting system.

Identify, log, andcommunicate areas of opportunity and risk with underlying factors and riskmitigations.

Interaction withfinance and non-finance stakeholders at multiple locations.

Annually

OEM : preparation,consolidation, analysis, and reporting of annual budget submissions for POC OEMwith focus on Total Cost, Standard Product Costs and Net ManufacturingContribution.

Logistics : providetransparency with logistics costs, with a primary focus on other cost of goodssold (scrap / reserves) and inventory at the 4 primary Distribution Centers (ADC,AIDC, EDC, EIDC).

Procurement : prepareand submit annual budget data upload to SCMCoRe for POC HQ PVO / CNI.

Your expertise :

Previous related SCM Finance experience orinteraction with SCM Finance related activities is a plus.

Demonstrated experience with data analytic tools(Alteryx, PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau)

Ability to critically analyze data in anefficient way, using data analytic tools where applicable

Ability to present data in a clear and easy tounderstand, actionable format, to allow senior leadership to make informeddecisions

Strong systems skills in SAP, expert Excel andsolid PowerPoint skills. SCMCoReknowledge is a plus.

Very good communication and networking skills,result, and quality orientation as well as a pro-active attitude, including anappropriate intercultural sensitivity and ability to establish virtual networksacross cultures and locations.

Ability to analyze and organize with quality inmind is a main requirement for the position.

Ability and desire to plan, control, andcontribute to solving complex problems.

Self-driven and resourceful to meet deadlines,achieve goals, work independently as well as in teams.

Flexibility to multi-task and adjust to changingrequirements, schedules, and priorities ability to work under pressure tomeet deadlines.

Proven critical thinking skills and ability toapply technical guidelines to accounting problems.

The requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree inAccounting, Finance, or Business

7+ years ofprogressive analytical and controlling experience, with demonstrated careerprogression in a similar environment or MBA and 5 years experience

Relevant experiencesupporting cross-functional leadership teams

Relevant experiencein supporting improvement initiatives

Working knowledge ofFinance and Accounting processes and regulations

The pay rangefor this position is $123,000 - $170,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base payoffered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, aswell as where the work will be performed.

The annual incentive target is (15%)of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offersa variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holidaypay.
