Map solutions across technologies to deliver superior products. Establish standards and improve Lytx’s architectural and engineering practices.
Collect requirements and design software solutions for highly complex systems. Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of high-scale systems.
Break down complex problems into collections of clear, straightforward systems.
Requirements : Remote work permitted.
Qualifications : This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered, as a Senior level Software Engineer or a related occupation involving software engineering experience.
- The position requires experience : 7 years experience in object-oriented programming languages in C# or Java; 3 years experience as tech / team lead and in mentoring teammates;
- 2 years experience with cloud-based computing systems including AWS, GCP, Azure; 1 year experience working with streaming technologies including Kafka, MQTT, Flink;
3 years experience in building and designing systems that experience heavy traffic.
Salary : $194,000 to $220,000 / Year
Hours : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, 40 Hours / Week
Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is : $182,012.75 - $210,428.25.
