Assistant Property Manager

- The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for collecting rent and ancillary fees from residents, including collections of delinquent accounts;
- posting income and deposits; inspection of apartment homes after move-out; sales and customer service with current and prospective residents;
leasing apartments; office management and support.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Assistant Property Manager and / or Leasing experience
- Bookkeeping skills and / or experience
- High school diploma / GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred

The local pay range for this role is $20.41 - $33.66. This is the range at the time of the job posting. The pay offered may be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education, skills, qualifications, certifications, and relevant experience.
