JOB TYPES : FT / PT; Contract; MUST be a U.S. citizen.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Respond to emails and phone calls.
• Schedule meetings.
• Book travel and accommodations.
• Manage a contact list.
• Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records.
• Organize managers’ calendars.
• Perform market research.
• Create presentations, as assigned.
• Address employees’ administrative queries.
• Provide customer service as first point of contact.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS :

• High school diploma.
• Proven experience as an assistant working remotely or relevant role. Administrator or Executive Assistant experience are a plus!
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (i.e., MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (i.e., Google Calendar).
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS : Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY : $21.00 per hour
