Job Description
We are seeking a License Master Social Worker to join our team! You will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in either individual or group settings.
This is an independent contract position. The pay is per unit (50 minutes) for individual and 90 minutes per group. Must be willing to provide services at the client's home and or in the office.
There will be orientation on being hired.
Responsibilities :
- Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
- Develop and execute individual treatment plans
- Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
- Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
- Maintain accurate client documentation
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in therapeutic counseling and treatment modality
- Must have current LMSW license
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate
- Must have liability insurance
