Nationally licensed General Contractor specializing in turnkey construction of traditional service stations, alternative energies, car washes, restaurants, and retail centers seeking an Assistant Superintendent with a passion for construction to work closely with the regional Lead Superintendent and Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will be groomed to move up the ranks to eventually lead their own projects.
Responsibilities :
- Manage field operations
- Oversee scheduling, subcontractors, safety, and quality control.
- Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance.
- Support project schedules and cost forecasts.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Assist in project closeouts and warranty implementation.
Requirements :
- 1 - 2 years experience in commercial construction
- Construction related degree
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience in scheduling and field management.
- Knowledge of safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project preferred.
