As a VIE, you will be part of our Export Team and play a main role in expanding our market presence beyond the EU and contributing to our continued success as a leading automotive glazing provider.
This role involves collaborating with large distributors all over the world and managing various sales and marketing activities internationally, by working cross-functionally with colleagues from the sales, marketing, and logistic departments.

The main role :
Market Research and Analysis :
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and emerging trends in target regions.
- Analyse market data and consumer behaviour to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for potential clients.
- Facilitate communication with existing and potential distributors, ensuring their needs are met in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain customers databases and update sales-related information.
Marketing :
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling content including newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials tailored to specific international markets.
- Ensure that marketing materials are accurately translated for target regions.
Trade Shows and Events :
- Coordinate and participate in International Trade Shows and industry events (logistics, materials preparation, activities follow-up).
- Represent the company during events and exhibitions to build brand awareness and foster relationships with potential customers.
Order Processing and Logistics :
- Support the order processing and shipping procedures to ensure timely delivery of products for international customers.
- Work closely with the Logistics team to manage shipments and address any issues that may arise.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing distributors, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by assisting the customers in the resolution of any inquiries or concerns.
A plus for this role :
- This role will enable you to embark on a multifaceted position, work closely with many different departments and get a broad vision on their activities.
- This is a 12-month mission, extendable once.
- The position is located in Breda, Netherlands, in our brand new offices!
- Expect some potential trips to Belgium, Germany, France and outside Europe.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; an additional language would be a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market dynamics and identify opportunities.
- Proactive, ability to multi-task, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Exposure to MS Office Suite, CRM software, SAP or other relevant tools.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, international business or the automotive industry would be a plus.
