As a Lead Electrician, you will be responsible for leading a team on-site, ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex industrial electrical systems.

This role requires a Journeyman Electrician with 5-10 years of experience in industrial controls and a proven track record of leadership and project management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Team Leadership : Lead and supervise a team of electricians on-site, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.

Coordinate daily work activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure project timelines and goals are met.-Installation and Maintenance : Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical control systems, including PLCs, motor controls, and automation systems.

Ensure all installations and repairs comply with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and company policies.-Troubleshooting : Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues in industrial control systems, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Utilize testing equipment and tools to identify problems and verify the functionality of electrical components.-Project Management : Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to review project specifications, blueprints, and requirements.

Plan and execute electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring resource allocation, material procurement, and quality control.

Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, inspection logs, and maintenance documentation.

Communicate project status, issues, and progress to management and clients regularly.-Safety Compliance : Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.The ideal candidate should possess : -Experience : 5-10 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician with a focus on industrial controls and automation.

Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues.Solid understanding of NEC standards and industrial safety regulations.

Requirements : Valid Journeyman Electrician license.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
