Job Description :
Leading commercial and publication printing company in TN seeks to hire an experienced Mailroom Manager to ensure high quality, cost effective mailing solutions for their clients.
Responsibilities include : Lead and direct a busy 2 shift mailing operation with 20 -30 f / t employees.Administer and manage scheduling systems for all mailing projects.
Work with production managers, customer service, and sales on mail requirements and job updates.Responsible for all department equipment maintenance and upkeep on inserting, ink jetting, co-mingling and poly bagging operations.
Budgetary responsibilities. Professionally interact with external and internal clients.Qualifications include : Minimum 5 years' mailroom management experience;
publication printing preferred.Knowledgeable in all aspects of mailing and postal related services.Creative problem solving skills.
Solid communication skills.Strong leadership and mentoring skills.Able to multi-task in a busy manufacturing environment.
Proficient on MS Office software. Starting salary range $70,000 - $80,000 + benefits, 401k and relocation assistance.
